Big plans and lots of enthusiasm during Foodex Japan

KeyKeg made its appearance at the Foodex exhibition in Japan for the first time. KeyKeg shared a stand with Brewdog and Lindr tapping systems at the Foodex. Mark Prins, sales manager for Asia and South Africa, met brewers, wine producers and beverage distributors there from Japan and other parts of Asia. KeyKeg sales manager Prins: “KeyKeg has maintained a solid foothold in countries like Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. That was quite evident. A surprisingly large proportion of the visitors knew the KeyKeg concept. KeyKeg appears to be a great incentive for entrepreneurs and their export plans. A lot of distributors, brewers and wine producers have a lot of extensive plans. The Belgian beer market, for example, is already very prominently present in Japan. We therefore expect that the growth in this part of the world will continue rapidly”. Mark Prins combined his visit to the Foodex with a seminar for 45 Japanese bar owners in the Brewdog bar in Roppongi.
