KeyKeg helps Yetti and the Kokonut connect with wine bar customers

KeyKeg makes it easy for exciting, young wine brand Yetti and the Kokonut to connect with wine bars in Australia and beyond

Talented winemakers David Geyer and Koen Janssens, aka Yetti and the Kokonut, started producing hip wines in South Australia’s Barossa Valley in 2015. Referring to themselves as ‘just two blokes and some grapes’, Yetti and the Kokonut’s daring experiments with grapes from the region’s sustainable vineyards have created one of the most exciting, young wine brands on the market.

Around 50% of Yetti and the Kokonut’s colourful, flavoursome and slightly tongue-in-cheek wines are now produced for the home market, while the rest is exported to the UK, the EU, the USA, Canada, Japan, Mexico and Singapore.

Yetti and the Kokonut are passionate about KeyKeg, specifically its superb handling and ease-of-use for customers. All Yetti and the Kokonut wine that wine-bar customers serve fresh from the tap is packaged in KeyKeg. KeyKeg’s laminated, airtight inner light barrier locks in consistent wine freshness, maintains high-quality flavour and maximises shelf life. It keeps dispense gas and wine separate, preventing contamination, oxidation and degradation.

Koen Janssens, Founder, Yetti and the Kokonut: “I love KeyKeg. It is lightweight, easy to handle and brilliant to store where space is limited. KeyKeg is also simple for customers. Our wines arrive packaged in KeyKeg, customers connect them to their dispense systems and they’re ready to start pouring.”
