Sales Manager USA

Your assignment

The primary purpose of the Sales Manager is to lead the USA Sales team, manage Key Accounts, and grow business within existing accounts whilst identifying and gaining new accounts, in order to meet and exceed monthly turnover and profitability targets.

The goal of your job is to ensure greater brand awareness in the USA and to sell more of our sustainable PET kegs in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • As the Sales Manager USA you manage the USA Sales team and report to the CCO of Global Sales.
  • You collaborate with various teams at OneCircle, including R&D, Finance, Operations, and the marketing & Sales team itself.
  • You generate B2B sales by actively pursuing new business opportunities and managing and expanding existing accounts in cooperation with the USA Sales team.
  • You build strong relationships with OneCircle’s partners and potential partners to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • You support project management initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
  • You identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand OneCircle’s offerings into new market segments in the USA.
  • You generate leads, develop them into viable prospects, and manage the sales pipeline effectively in close cooperation with the account managers in the USA.

Qualifications

  • You are an entrepreneurial and result-driven leader with positive energy and drive, action, and result oriented. You have passion for leading a team and a demonstrated ability to drive results through others.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience in managing sales team, sales, and business development, preferably demonstrating a solid understanding of the beverage landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating revenue in a B2B sales model, exceeding targets, and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and negotiate deals with team members and clients. Proficiency in English is self-evident. Extra language like Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, enabling effective sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting while adapting to different cultures and time zones and managing travel time to visit team members, clients and attend conventions/trade shows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new computer programs like CRM and BI systems.
  • Demonstrated independence, self-management, and a quick learning ability. Remote working from home office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Science, providing a solid foundation for understanding industry-specific requirements.
  • Preferably living on the West Coast of the USA. Willing to travel regularly to colleagues, customers, partners, prospects& trade fairs.
